I am a freelance Macintosh Computer Support Consultant working in the New York City area.

I specialize in end-to-end Macintosh support, everything from setup of new computers, networks (wireless and wired; dsl/cable and corporate LANs) and printers to daily use, backups and troubleshooting problems.

I also have extensive experience working with Tiger (10.4.x) and Leopard Servers (10.5.x), as well as setting up FileMaker servers.

I serve as the senior tech for NYC’s Need Mac Help, and occasionally do remote installations for AGIS. I regularly post answers to technical issues on tribe.net’s Mac OS X tribe.

I started doing technical support — both Windows and Macintosh — in the mid-nineties, as a Adobe PageMaker Technical Support Specialist. I quickly expanded to Photoshop support and Escalation Support for PageMaker as well. From there I went on to be the worldwide technical lead for RealNetworks’ RealPlayer (Mac and Windows).

I’ve been doing freelance computer consulting since 1999, and have been solely Macintosh focused since moving to NYC in 2004.

I can be found on LinkedIn and Facebook.
